Just the smell of cinnamon brings memories of winter and snuggling and all things delicious. I never thought there would be a huge difference between different types of cinnamon. But last year when my mom and I bought this "extra fancy Vietnamese cinnamon" from Penzeys Spices in Phoenix, we never looked back to ordinary cinnamon.
We've used it in apple pie (
here ), in hot chocolate, in snicker doodles, and so much more.
